HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

By my signature below or submission of this application, I, the undersigned, do acknowledge that damage to property, injuries or loss of life can result from my participation in the Order of Cimarron 2024 Mardi Gras Festival Parade. I, the undersigned, indemnify and hold the Order of Cimarron and the City of Wetumpka, its employees, officers and staff harmless from any and all liability, claims, expenses, demands or legal actions or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any loss, injury or damage associated with my participation. Furthermore, I, the undersigned agree to abide by and follow any and all safety requirements and/or directions provided by festival staff and security personnel. I
have received and agree to comply with the Order of Cimarron Festival Parade rules and the Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement.
